Patty Holt

Patty Holt is an accomplished professional in property management with over two decades of experience in the real estate industry. Currently serving as President of Property Management at Jefferson Apartment Group since January 2011, Patty has previously held significant positions including Director of Real Estate at Greystar from January 2009 to January 2011, and AVP/Sr. Regional Manager at JPI from 1999 to 2009. Patty's career began as a Property Manager at RREEF from July 1995 to August 1999. Patty Holt earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Augustana College, attending from 1990 to 1994.
