Ted Norris SHRM-SCP, PHR has significant experience in human resources and mental health services. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager and previously as Human Resources Generalist at Jefferson Center for Mental Health since 2017, Ted has developed expertise in HR management. Ted began working at Jefferson Center for Mental Health in 2006 as a Navigator Clinician and later held positions as Intensive Case Manager and Residential Therapist until 2011. Ted holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder, obtained between 1997 and 2000.
