Kimberly Richardson has extensive experience in early childhood education, currently serving as the Director of the Parents as Teachers Program for the Festus School District since August 2008. In addition, Kimberly has held roles as Screening Coordinator and Teen Parenting Program Coordinator, overseeing screening operations and staff training. Since July 2016, Kimberly has also directed the Parents as Teachers program within the Festus R-VI School District. Kimberly serves as an Adjunct Instructor at Jefferson College, where curriculum design and implementation for undergraduate early childhood education courses have significantly enhanced adult learning. With a background as an Early Childhood Educator at Jefferson College from 1995 to 2008, Kimberly utilized diverse teaching techniques to prepare children for elementary school and collaborated on individualized educational plans. Kimberly holds a Master of Science in Education in Early Childhood from Missouri Baptist University, earned in 2008, and a Bachelor of Science in Education in Child Development from the same institution, obtained in 2003.
