Andrew Marin, PhD, serves as the Senior Vice President at Jefferson Consulting Group since January 2025, where responsibilities include enterprise strategy and growth for over 200 employees across federal and commercial sectors. A visiting faculty member since December 2008, Andrew teaches at various prestigious universities globally. As a Special Advisor at Oxford Process and a Non-Resident Research Fellow at the University of St Andrews, Andrew contributes to conflict resolution and research on personal and social identity. Co-founder and partner at Venture Resolution, Andrew develops solutions for high-pressure situations for a diverse clientele. Previous roles include senior advisory positions at The Clearing, where Andrew drove innovation and business development, and the United Nations, where Andrew facilitated diplomatic interventions. Andrew also held a leadership role in the Scottish Parliament's International Development Committee and founded The Marin Foundation, promoting social change and research. Andrew holds a PhD in Contextual Studies from the University of St Andrews and advanced degrees in Urban Studies and Applied Psychology.
