Celeste Brown

Celeste Brown has extensive experience in environmental compliance and laboratory research. Currently serving as the Environmental Laboratory Compliance Administrator at Jefferson County Commission since February 1996, Celeste Brown has developed strong expertise in environmental science management. Prior to this role, Celeste Brown worked as a Research Assistant at Eye Foundation Hospital from September 1994 to February 1996 and as a Lab Aide at UAB Hospital from November 1993 to June 1994. Celeste Brown holds a Master of Public Administration in Environmental Science Management from Jacksonville State University (2000-2002) and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Troy University (1988-1991).
