Cynthia Devaughn

Cynthia DeVaughn is an experienced accountant with a professional background that spans nearly two decades in various accounting roles. Since July 2005, Cynthia has been employed at the Jefferson County Commission Environmental Services Sewer Billing as an accountant, a position held concurrently with an accountant role at the Jefferson County Commission since 2005. Prior experience includes serving as Accounting Assistant II at the City of Birmingham Revenue Department from July 2004 to July 2005. Cynthia holds a degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
