Jalesia F.m. Kuenzel

Jalesia F.M. Kuenzel is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in various legal sectors. Currently serving as the Jefferson County Counselor for Jefferson County, Missouri since June 2023, Jalesia also owns and operates McQueen Kuenzel LLC, which has been active since December 2009. Previously, Jalesia held the position of Committee Member on the Missouri Advisory Committee to the US Commission on Civil Rights from January 2007 to February 2015 and was a member of the Hispanic Business Trade and Culture Commission from October 2008 to January 2011. With prior experience at Thompson Coburn and Gallop Johnson & Neuman, Jalesia specialized in corporate, immigration, and international law, managing multi-million dollar transactions and advising on business ventures. Jalesia's foundational leadership skills were developed during service as a Captain in the US Army's Medical Service Corps from May 1994 to July 1999. Academically, Jalesia earned a Juris Doctorate from Southern Illinois University School of Law, a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Troy University, and a BA in Communications from the University of Tampa.
