Lizzie Gall

Lizzie Gall, MBA, MSLIS, currently serves as the Assistant Director for Resources and Programs at Jefferson County Public Library, overseeing a $12.7 million budget and supervising four Public Services Managers while delivering impactful library services to a population of 580,000 residents. Previous positions include Assistant Director of Library Experience at Jefferson County Public Library, where Lizzie managed a team of over 200 staff, and Public Services Manager, providing strategic direction for patron experience. Prior experience includes roles at Grand Rapids Public Library, including Youth Services Supervisor and Collection Development Librarian, and earlier positions at Northern Onondaga Public Library and Syracuse University as a Graduate Assistant. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from the University of Colorado Denver, a Master of Library & Information Science from Syracuse University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Rochester.
