Helen Lefebvre

Helen LeFebvre has extensive experience in human resources and fiscal services, currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist and HR/Payroll Specialist at Jefferson County School District 509J since February 2022. Additionally, Helen co-owns Outback Manufacturing Inc. since May 2022. Previously, from July 2007 to February 2022, Helen worked as a Fiscal Services Assistant at Newberg School District, where responsibilities included purchasing, managing RFPs, handling staff incident reports and worker's compensation claims, administering the Infinite Visions system, preparing annual budgets, overseeing bank deposits, and coordinating monthly staff meetings. Helen holds an Associate’s Degree and an Oregon Transfer Degree from Eastern Oregon University and Chemeketa Community College.
