Ian Hillman

Ian Hillman currently serves as the Director of Responsive Education at Jefferson County Schools, WV, since September 2023, while also working as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Shepherd University since January 2020. Previously, Ian held various leadership roles within Berkeley County Schools WV, including Principal of Musselman Middle School and Assistant Principal of Musselman High School. At Jefferson County Schools, Ian has been Principal of C.W. Shipley Elementary and has experience as a Summer School Administrator, Assistant Principal at Harpers Ferry Middle School, Special Education Teacher, and Social Studies Teacher at Washington High School. Ian's educational background includes ongoing doctoral studies in Educational Administration and Supervision at California Coast University, along with several advanced degrees and training programs focused on educational leadership and special education.
