Jennifer Goodwin, MHA, currently serves as the Director of Revenue Cycle Operations at Jefferson Healthcare since May 2017. Prior to this role, Jennifer held various positions at Swedish, including Director of Patient Access, Revenue Coordination Manager, and Manager of Patient Registration, from May 2002 to May 2017. Jennifer also worked at Swedish Hospitals as Manager of Revenue Coordination and at Swedish Medical Center as an Epic Project Manager specializing in ADT/Reg, Scheduling, and HIM from 2005 to 2008. Educationally, Jennifer earned a Master of Healthcare Administration from Western Washington University (2005-2007) and a Bachelor of Arts in English/Communications from Western Washington University (1985-1989).
