Berit Berge

Berit Berge has extensive experience in recruitment and consulting within the finance and economics sectors, currently serving as a member of the control committee at Handelshøyskolen BI since July 2024. Berit has held the position of leader of Økonomi Øst at Jefferson Wells Norge since November 2020, where the company provides consulting and recruitment services. Prior to this role, Berit worked at Experis Norge from 2012 to 2020 as both a team leader and senior advisor, specializing in high-level consulting and recruitment solutions. Berit's career commenced at Manpower Professional Finance in 2006, where responsibilities included senior advising and staffing within finance. With a foundational background in staffing and HR administration that dates back to 1997 at Manpower AS, Berit holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from BI Norwegian Business School, earned between 1994 and 1998.
