Kate Kleba

Kate Kleba currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Total Rewards & HR Shared Services at Jefferson, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this role, Kate held multiple leadership positions at Thomas Jefferson University from January 2020 to August 2025, including Enterprise Vice President of Total Rewards and VP of Enterprise Counsel. Kate holds a JD from the University of Michigan Law School (2005) and a BS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Penn State University (2000).
