Pathik Divate started their work experience as an Assistant Manager at Deloitte Haskins and Sells in 2001. Pathik then moved on to WNS Global Services where they worked as a Team Manager from 2003 to 2005, leading a team of 100 members and being responsible for client interactions and performance analysis. In 2006, they joined Pfizer as a Senior Financial Auditor. Following that, they became the CEO of Jehangir Clinical Development Centre (JCDC) in 2007.
