Alex Franco

Alex Franco currently serves as CRO & CTO at Jeitto since April 2024. Previously, Alex held the position of Managing Director for Business, Product & Innovation in Credit Services at Serasa Experian from April 2019 to April 2024, where responsibility included oversight of B2B Credit Services with significant revenue and market share growth. Earlier experience includes roles at Carrefour Brasil, where Alex was instrumental in digital transformation and risk management within Carrefour Bank, and positions at Barclays Bank, Citigroup Portugal, and Accenture, focusing on credit, collections, and strategy in financial services. Alex holds an Executive MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral and is currently pursuing a degree in Board of Directors from IBGC.
