Jose Fernando Dias da Silva began their career in 1996 as Quality Management Director for CreditCard (Citigroup). In 1998, they became Chief Risk Officer for GE Capital Consumer Finance (currently GE Money), where they were responsible for identifying a previously undiscovered €25m stock of unaccounted losses and rebuilding risk management. In 2003, they were headhunted by venture capitalists to lead the start-up of Bank Renaissance Credit, where they successfully delivered essential business start-up tasks and played a key role in the acquisition of a small local bank. In 2009, they joined Atlantic Management as Managing Director, providing advisory services on consumer finance start-ups, operations, product and risk management strategies for retail banks. In 2012, they co-founded Revo Technology, the leading merchant services provider specialized in purchase financing and pay-later solutions in Central Europe. In 2014, they co-founded Jeitto, a mobile app for credit, where they also served as CEO.
Jose Fernando Dias da Silva attended the University of Birmingham from 1994 to 1995, where they obtained a Master of Science in Finance and Quality Management. From 1983 to 1987, they attended the Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, where they obtained a Master of Science in Metallurgical/Materials Engineering.
