Amitabh Roy

Amitabh Roy has extensive experience in quality assurance, with their most recent role being Head of Quality Assurance at Jekson Vision. Prior to that, they served as QA Head at Jekson Vision Pvt. Ltd, where they developed and led a QA team for maintaining all aspects of quality management and enforcing quality assurance policies, procedures, and best practices in the healthcare domain. Amitabh also worked as a Senior Consultant at CallHealth, where they actively defined business processes and designed and developed the Mission Control System. Amitabh also held management positions at Etisalat, Amdocs India, Keane India Ltd., and L&T Infotech, where their responsibilities included monitoring QMS implementation, defining overall quality programs, and institutionalizing quality processes.

Amitabh Roy completed a Certificate course of General Management at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi from 1994 to 1995. Amitabh then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Management Information Systems, General from L.N.Mishra Institute of Economic Development & Social Science, from 1991 to 1993. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Science from Science College, Patna University, from 1987 to 1991. Amitabh also attended Patna University from 1987 to 1990, earning a B.Sc. in Science.
