Michelle Pike's work experience begins with their role as the COO/Integrator at Jekyll and Hyde Advertising and Marketing, where they oversee advertising campaigns and coordinates various teams within the agency. Prior to this, they were the Director of Accounts at the same company, where they led the accounts team and focused on driving revenue for clients. Michelle then pursued an Executive MBA in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Northwood University's DeVos Graduate School from 2006 to 2009.
