Ville Saren

Ville Saren is an experienced professional in manufacturing and continuous improvement, currently serving as Plant Manager at JELD-WEN Suomi Oy since July 2022, overseeing multiple sites in Finland. Prior to this role, Ville held the position of Head of Continuous Improvement for JELD-WEN Northern Europe from July 2019 to July 2022. Ville's earlier experience at Wipak encompassed various leadership roles, including Continuous Improvement Manager and Logistics Manager, and participation in a Lean reference team, focusing on improving operational processes across the Nordic units.
