Alexis Blackford

Alexis Blackford serves as the General Counsel for North America at JELD-WEN, Inc. since December 2019, where responsibilities include negotiating and drafting various commercial agreements, evaluating legal risks, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Prior to this role, Alexis held multiple positions at Ingersoll Rand from June 2005 to December 2019, including Corporate Counsel and Counsel, providing legal support across various business units and specializing in commercial agreements and marketing compliance. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctorate from Charlotte School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
