Edana Lewis

Edana Lewis currently serves as the Assistant General Counsel for Labor & Employment and Employee Relations at JELD-WEN, Inc., a position held since June 2021, providing legal guidance on employment compliance and employee relations. Prior to JELD-WEN, Edana held various roles at Diversey, including Director and Lead Counsel for Labor & Employment, and Senior Counsel for Global Labor & Employment. Edana has also worked as Senior Counsel at Duke Energy Corporation, managing legal aspects of organizational restructuring and disciplinary actions. Additionally, Edana was the owner of a law practice focused on employment and education law, and served as President and Creator of MYocracy, a voter education platform. Earlier experience includes serving as Associate General Counsel for Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools and as Senior Attorney Advisor at the EEOC. Edana earned a J.D. focusing on Employment Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution from Georgetown University Law Center, along with education from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
