Erin Dawson

Erin Dawson currently serves as the VP of Transformation and Network Strategy at JELD-WEN, Inc., a position held since July 2023. Previously, Erin held various roles at AlixPartners from June 2018 to July 2023, including Director, Senior Vice President, and Vice President. Prior to AlixPartners, Erin worked at bluemercury as a Senior Operations Manager for Proprietary Brands from September 2015 to March 2018. Erin's career began at Sonix, Danaher Corporation, where roles included Supply Chain Lead, Global Supply Chain Analyst, and Materials Planner from June 2011 to September 2015. Educational achievements include an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business (2016-2018) and a BS in Marketing and Operations Management from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business (2007-2011).
