Paula Dolan

Paula Dolan has an extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Paula is currently serving as the VP of Human Resources - Europe at JELD-WEN, Inc. since September 2023. Prior to this, they were the Global Executive Director HR, OE Braking at Tenneco from April 2021 to September 2023. Paula also held the role of VP Human Resources and Internal Communications at TitanX Engine Cooling from November 2019 to April 2021. Before that, they served as the Senior Vice President, Chief HR Officer at Diaverum from June 2017 to November 2019. Paula has also worked as the Senior Vice President HR at Volvo Penta from June 2014 to May 2017, and as the Director Competence & Talent and HR Director at Volvo Group from June 2008 to May 2014.

Paula Dolan obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Westminster, from 1987 to 1990. Paula later pursued a Master's Degree in Occupational Psychology at Birkbeck, University of London. No specific dates were provided for the Master's Degree program.
