Piret Karmo

Piret Karmo has extensive experience in procurement and project management, currently serving as the Senior Category Manager- Sourcing at JELD-WEN Europe since March 2016. Prior roles at JELD-WEN include Procurement Category Manager for Europe and Northern Europe. Piret worked at Vestas from 2010 to 2015 as a Strategic Purchaser in Projects, and at SHG Estonia OÜ from 2002 to 2010 as a Project Manager/Consultant. Earlier career highlights include serving as Head of the UK office for the Estonian Investment Agency/Enterprise Estonia from 1998 to 2002 and as a Project Manager from 1994 to 1998. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, both from the University of Tartu.
