Stephen Gregson

Stephen Gregson's work experience spans over several companies and positions. In 1996, they joined BHP Steel, where they held various roles related to national supply chain and logistics management. Stephen played a key role in reengineering the supply chain, resulting in significant cost reductions. In 2003, Gregson moved to BlueScope Steel, where they held positions such as National Business Manager for Building Markets and General Manager for Industrial Markets. Stephen was also responsible for national business development in the mining, infrastructure, and energy sectors. From 2014, Gregson worked at JELD-WEN, Inc., first as General Manager for Corinthian Industries, then as Vice President of Business Development and Group General Manager for Windows. Stephen later became the Vice President of Doors Group. Their responsibilities included driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering innovative solutions in the residential and commercial building sectors.

Stephen Gregson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Management Studies from the University of Wollongong in 1994. Stephen then pursued a Master's degree in Logistics and Operations Management at the same university from 1997 to 1998.
