Chris Gilchrist

Chris Gilchrist is a Senior Scientist at Jellatech. Prior to that, they were a Research Scientist at Duke University from January 2016 to January 2022. Chris was also a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Duke University Medical Center from January 2010 to December 2016.

Chris Gilchrist earned a Bachelor of Science in Structural Engineering from Purdue University. Chris then went on to earn a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. Finally, they earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University.

Chris Gilchrist reports to Stephanie Michelsen, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Rob Schutte - Head of Science, Walker Graham - Chief of Staff, and Susan Rathbun - Business Development.
