Mariëlle van der Hoorn

Mariana Carvalho is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology, education, and community empowerment. As the Editor in Chief of Women in Technology Publication since April 2023, Mariana leads a team focused on celebrating women's achievements in the tech industry while promoting diversity and inclusion. As a Co-Founder of Brazilians in Tech, Mariana works on connecting and supporting Brazilian women in STEM. Mariana’s technical expertise includes previous roles at Dell Technologies as a Solutions Engineer and as a founder of causeFI, which utilized Generative Art and Blockchain for social impact. Mariana holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Computer Science from Jackson State University and an MBA in Business Intelligence from ESPM.
