Hillegonde Apotheker

Hillegonde Apotheker has extensive work experience in the field of commercial finance. Hillegonde started their career at Canon Europe Ltd. in 2012, where they held various roles such as European Services Marketing Coordinator and European Finance Analyst. In 2014, they became the European Business Controlling Analyst before transitioning to Michael Kors in 2016. At Michael Kors, they worked as a Senior Commercial Finance Analyst, Commercial Finance Supervisor, and eventually as a Commercial Finance Manager. In 2020, they joined River Island as a Commercial Finance Manager, specializing in international, wholesale, and franchise operations. Hillegonde later became the Senior Commercial Finance Manager for the Retail division. Currently, they are working at Jellycat as the Head of Commercial Finance, and they were recently promoted to Global Head of Commercial Finance in 2024.

Hillegonde Apotheker's education history includes a BSc in Economics and Business Economics from the University of Groningen, which they obtained from 2007 to 2010.
