Mickaël Canévet

Mickaël Canévet has a solid background in IT and engineering, with extensive experience in cloud engineering and infrastructure development. Mickaël is currently working at Jellysmack as a Lead Cloud Engineer since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Cloud Engineer at Jellysmack from 2021 to 2022. Before joining Jellysmack, Mickaël worked at Camptocamp from 2013 to 2021, where they held various roles including Site Reliability Engineer Team Leader and Infrastructure Developer. At Camptocamp, they were responsible for managing infrastructure hosted on multiple public clouds and operating a large number of servers using Puppet. Mickaël also worked as an IT Systems architect at EMBL from 2007 to 2012, and as an IT Senior Systems Engineer and IT Systems Engineer at Arkéa Banque Entreprises et Institutionnels from 2003 to 2007. Mickaël started their career as a Software Developer at Fleetguard Filters Pvt. Ltd. in 2002.

Mickaël Canévet attended EPSI - L'école d'ingénierie informatique from 1997 to 2002, where they obtained a degree in Computer Sciences Engineering with a focus on Computer Software Engineering. In 2014, they also obtained additional certifications as a Puppet Certified Developer and Puppet Certified Professional from Puppet Labs.
