Megan Gilmore

Director, Customer Operations at Jellyvision

Megan Gilmore is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer operations and digital marketing. Currently serving as Director of Customer Operations at Jellyvision since May 2016, Megan manages a team and oversees the department's apprenticeship program while contributing to the delivery of over 600 customer software products each year. Prior to this role, Megan held various positions at North Park University, including Associate Director of Marketing and Communications, where major digital initiatives were managed and a significant portion of annual marketing projects were executed. Megan's earlier experience includes coordinating grant processes for the Evangelical Covenant Church and managing publications at North Park University. Megan holds a Master of Nonprofit Administration and a Master of Arts in Christian Ministry, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from North Park University.
