Carlos Guinan

Carlos Guinan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Carlos started their career as a Development Team Member at ARKIMAR, where they planned and organized various projects. Carlos then became a Public Relations Associate Manager at the same company, supervising customer satisfaction and contributing to a decrease in company receivables. Carlos later served as the Company Manager at Inversions and Services, Inc, assisting with the opening and business development of a new office/division.

Carlos then worked as a Pharmacy Technician at ORMC, where they designed new strategies to improve work flow and patient care. Carlos also presented a new report analysis system to reduce delays and mistakes.

Carlos then joined JEM Engineering as a Production and Operations Supervisor, where they coordinated production flow, supervised staff, and led budgeting activities. Carlos later became the Director of Operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization and reviewing business procedures.

Alongside their work at JEM Engineering, Carlos co-founded RhythmX LLC, a Dance and Fitness Business Concept aimed at helping customers achieve their fitness goals while having fun. Carlos also co-founded Greeple LLC and wrote business plans for both startups, obtaining startup capital and setting up legal business structures.

Carlos Guinan completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering at Universidad de Oriente between 1994 and 2000. Carlos then pursued further education at the University of Central Florida, where they obtained an M.S. in Engineering Management (50% of program completion) from 2002 to 2003. During the same period, they also earned a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from the University of Central Florida. In 2011, Carlos obtained the certification of Internal, ISO and AS9100 Auditor from JEM Engineering LLC/ Whittington & Associates, LLC.
