Mayara Pabst

Mayara Pabst is an experienced operations manager at JEM Security since January 2020, where responsibilities have evolved from a background in marketing to managing customer service. Prior experience includes positions as a junior marketing analyst at Volts Digital, where communication strategies focused on lead conversion, and as a marketing assistant at Enjoy Intercâmbio, sharing insights on studying English abroad. Additionally, Mayara served as an information communication analyst at Mercado de Comunicação, gaining valuable skills early in the career post-graduation in journalism. An internship at Joinville City Hall introduced Mayara to press advisory functions, complemented by earlier internships at Rede Independência de Comunicação and TV Brasil Esperança, the latter being foundational in producing journalistic content.
