Jim came to JEM in June 2006. He began in IT sales/marketing in 1988 with Medical Practice Management software and the necessary hardware to support it. This included both private practices, as well as, hospital-based solutions with the focus being on (EMR) electronic medical records. As a Senior Technical Consultant, Jim works with customers to provide products and services that will allow their IT infrastructures to operate more efficiently. Jim enjoys working in the data center environment because of the ongoing enhancements to technology and the fact that there is always something new and interesting to learn. Some of the things that Jim likes the most about working with data center professionals include their down-to-earth outlook and appreciation for new ideas and their willingness to listen. He is diligent in doing research so that he has the correct answers to help his customers with their challenges. When asked why he likes working at JEM, Jim replied, “I like the supportive team atmosphere”. Jim is a Board Member and the Membership Director for AFCOM in the Greater Detroit area.
