Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business management and nutritional science. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store focused on organic body care and environmental products. In addition, Mariana has held the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, a nutritionist position at Consultorio Particular from February 2016 to 2019, and a university lecturer from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics and the history of food.
