Jean-Michel Chalayer

Jean-Michel Chalayer is the Co-Founder & CEO of Jena since April 2023. Prior to this, he also co-founded and served as CEO of LeSalon Beauty Ltd. He has a background in consulting and project management, having worked at Oliver Wyman and Practical Learning. With a Masters in Management from London Business School and a Bachelors in Business Administration from ESSEC Business School, he is leading the change in the beauty services industry with a focus on strategy, growth, fundraising, and product management.
