Ruth Chagollan possesses extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Manager, HRBP at JenaValve Technology, Inc. since March 2021, after progressing through roles such as Senior Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Generalist. Prior to this, Ruth held the position of Employee Experience Specialist at The HydraFacial Company, focusing on enhancing workplace satisfaction within the skincare industry.
