Randy Mehrberg is co-managing partner of the firm and co-chair of the Energy Practice. He also supports the firm’s Corporate, Litigation, Investigations, and Restructuring and Bankruptcy Practices, as well as the Regulatory industry group. He has more than 35 years of experience in private practice and as a chief legal officer and strategic business leader for multi-billion-dollar public companies.
