Pat Lamoreux

Pat Lamoreux has a strong background in human resources, with over 30 years of experience in various leadership positions. Currently, Pat is the Vice President of Human Resources at Simpson since 2022. Prior to joining Simpson, Pat held the position of Vice President, Human Potential at Wesley Enhanced Living from 2015 to 2022. Before that, Pat served as the Assistant Vice President of Human Potential from 2011 to 2015 and as the Director of Compensation & Benefits from 2007 to 2011 at the same company. Starting their career at Presbys Inspired Life in 1991, Pat worked as the Assistant Director of Human Resources from 2000 to 2007 and as the Director of Business Services from 1991 to 1999.

Pat Lamoreux has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Organizational Management from Eastern University. In addition, they have obtained the certification of SHRM SCP from SHRM in August 2015.
