Ellyn Kerr

Ellyn Kerr is a consultant and facilitator at Jennifer Brown Consulting, specializing in diversity, equity, inclusion, and access initiatives, with expertise in implicit bias and inclusive leadership. Simultaneously, Ellyn serves as a facilitator for Circle Anywhere/The Relateful Company, promoting social mindfulness among international participants. As a learning strategist at the University of Toronto, Ellyn employs neuroscience- and somatic-psychology-informed strategies to enhance learning and behavioral change. In a principal role at Helyx Group, Ellyn coaches individuals and teams while designing educational content for diverse clients. Previous experience includes product development management at the NeuroLeadership Institute, where Ellyn focused on organizational development, as well as a founding role as executive and managing editor for the Industrial Biotechnology journal.
