Elena Amato, CCP has over 20 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on benefits, compensation, and HRIS. Elena began their career as a Defined Benefits Analyst at Mellon Human Resources & Investor Solutions (Now ACS) in 2001. In 2004, Elena joined Jennison Associates LLC, where they held various roles, including Benefits and HRIS Associate, Sr. Benefits and HRIS Associate, Assistant Vice President, Director of Benefits, Compensation & HRIS, Vice President, Director of Human Resources, and Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Currently, they serve as the Managing Director and Chief Human Resources Officer at Jennison Associates LLC.

Elena Amato, CCP, has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Psychology, obtained from Pace University - Lubin School of Business in the years 1997 to 2001. Elena also holds a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification through WorldatWork, attained in September 2013.
