Dwaine Chesser

Dwaine Chesser has extensive experience in mine safety training and operations, currently serving as an MSHA Trainer for Jennmar Services since May 2012 and managing training and sales for Wyoming. Dwaine has also been involved in teaching mine safety and new miner classes at Colorado Northwestern Community College since July 2018. Previous positions include roles such as Haul Truck Driver and Fire Boss at the Compliance Staffing Agency, Motel Manager at Country West Motels, and EMT at The Memorial Hospital at Craig. Dwaine has a strong background in compliance and safety examinations in the mining industry, having operated various mining equipment and coordinated emergency medical services. Education was completed at Moffat County High School in 1989.
