Michael Portwood

Michael Portwood currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Jennmar since December 2024. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of President for Minova Americas from October 2014 to December 2024, following a tenure as General Manager of Global Initiating Systems Optimization at Orica from August 2013 to October 2014. Michael's career includes significant leadership roles at Minova International, Minova N. America, and Minova USA, where responsibilities spanned from CEO and President to Vice President of Operations and Plant Manager. Earlier experience includes roles at AWP, Inc. and Toyota USA. Michael holds an Executive MBA from Xavier University, completed an Executive Development Program at London Business School, studied Tool and Machine Design at the University of Kentucky, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Sue Bennett College.
