Jamie Erkonak

Jamie Erkonak (Joffe) is a seasoned professional in client retention and marketing, currently serving as Senior Director of Retention & Client Experience at JENNY BIRD since January 2024. Prior to this role, Jamie held multiple positions at Mejuri from July 2019 to December 2023, advancing from Retention Marketing Manager to Senior Retention Marketing Manager, and culminating as Email Marketing Lead. Jamie's experience also includes a tenure as Senior Business Lead at 5Crowd, an sgsco company, and several roles at ICF Olson, spanning from Senior Account Manager to Account Coordinator between May 2015 and October 2018.
