Daniele Hartmann, MBA, currently serves as the Global Director of Payroll - Corporate at Jensen Hughes since August 2023. With extensive experience in payroll and accounting operations, Daniele previously held multiple roles at the International Partnership for Microbicides from May 2015 to January 2023, including Global Accounting Manager and Director of Payroll, where responsibilities included overseeing global operations for payroll and accounting compliance. Key achievements include managing month-end and year-end closing processes and leading payroll functions for international entities. Daniele's earlier career includes roles at Ivymount Corporation as Staff Accountant, where payroll processing for over 300 employees was executed, and at Hartmann Construction as Operations Manager. Daniele holds an MBA in Project Management from Kaplan University and dual bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Finance.
