Timothy Farnham

Timothy Farnham is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering, consulting, and entrepreneurship. As the Founder and CEO of Black Label Real Estate Inc. since January 2020, Timothy has created a comprehensive marketing platform for agents and brokers. Timothy currently serves as a Consulting Engineer and Risk Specialist at Jensen Hughes, focusing on seismic and nuclear risk analysis. Previous roles include Principal Engineering Consultant at Westinghouse Electric Company, where Timothy facilitated business development and negotiated global contracts, and Risk Consultant at Anoba Consulting Services LLC. Timothy also has a background as a Professional Cyclist and has held engineering positions at 3M, Goodyear, and Pella Corporation. Timothy holds an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and two degrees in engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
