Santa Gascoigne

Santa Gascoigne currently serves as the Head of Market Management at Jensten Group, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Santa accumulated extensive experience at RSA from June 2009 to January 2023, where contributions included serving as Strategic Account Director, Chief of Staff to the Managing Director of UK Commercial, Broker Distribution Manager, and Group Strategy Analyst. Santa played a key role in managing major UK commercial broker relationships, supporting the Managing Director in a £3bn business, developing distribution strategies, and conducting strategic planning initiatives.
