Frank Kilcommins

Frank Kilcommins is an accomplished professional in the field of enterprise architecture and API management, currently serving as the Head of Enterprise Architecture at Jentic since September 2025. In addition, Kilcommins is a Business Governance Board Member for the OpenAPI Initiative, a position held since August 2021. Previously, Kilcommins worked at SmartBear from July 2021 to September 2025 as a Principal API Technical Evangelist and was initially an API Technical Evangelist. Prior experience includes a tenure at DLL from January 2015 to June 2021, where Kilcommins held roles as a Digital Architect/API Evangelist and a Technical Expert .NET/API Product Manager. Kilcommins is an alumnus of the University of Galway.
