David Harnisch

David Harnisch, PE is a senior project engineer with experience in project management, site layout & design, paving & roadway design, storm and sanitary sewer design, permitting & entitlement, and feasibility studies. David has worked at multiple engineering consulting firms, where David has designed storm and sanitary sewer networks, managed grading design, horizontal & vertical alignment, site drainage, detention and erosion control, utility coordination, and conducted traffic studies. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
