Jeff Ray

Jeff Ray is an experienced planning professional currently serving as the Planning Department Manager at JEO Consulting Group, Inc. since June 2011. Prior to this role, Jeff held significant positions including Community Development Director for the City of Fremont and Forward Planner at SunCal Companies.
