Jessica Malcolm

Jessica Malcolm has extensive experience in the housing sector, currently serving as the Manager of the Planning & Programs Department at MassHousing since July 2014, where Jessica has also held the position of Acting Manager and worked as a Legal Specialist. Prior to this, Jessica was the Affordable Housing Coordinator for the Local Initiative Program at the Department of Housing and Community Development from March 2013 to June 2014, and Jessica began their career as a Paralegal at the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office from September 2008 to March 2013. Jessica holds a Juris Doctor degree from New England Law | Boston and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Journalism from the University of Rhode Island.
